Do I need to install anything on the phone?
No. The USB tester sits between the charger and the phone externally. Nothing is installed on the device — it works on locked, wiped, and factory-reset phones.
How accurate is a 10-minute Quick Test?
The Quick Test gives reliable path resistance (mΩ) diagnostics in under 10 minutes. SoH accuracy improves significantly with longer tests — the Full Test (60 minutes) achieves ±3% on capacity. Quick Test SoH is indicative, not definitive.
Which phones are supported?
60+ models including all major iPhone and Samsung Galaxy variants. More models are added regularly. If your model isn’t listed, contact us.
What USB tester do I need?
We have a verified model available via affiliate link on Amazon UAE and Noon — around AED 35. Any tester that shows Wh, voltage, and mΩ readings will also work.
Do Diagnostic Credits expire?

Is an email address required?
